What do passes include?
Passes give you access to the main complex amenities and facilities, including:
Swimming pool
On-site bars & restaurants
Entertainment areas
Additional activities (e.g. jet skiing, high ropes, etc.) are charged separately.

You will receive an automated email 21 days before arrival advising details on passes

Please be aware that guest passes are managed entirely by Away Resorts and are separate from Ross and Coates Luxury Breaks. Away Resorts holds full liability for all guest passes. Pass prices are subject to change at any time, as they are not a product of Ross and Coates Luxury Breaks and we simply follow the pricing set by the park

Passes must be arranged through us - they cannot be purchased on arrival

Prices are per holiday home (not per person)

Prices vary depending on accommodation size and dates

📲 Booking Activities
Private guests cannot use the Away Resorts app

Activities can be booked online before purchasing your guest passes through us - Bookings open 21 days before your stay  and are available on a first come, first served basis, so we recommend making a note of the date and booking restaurants and activities as early as possible to avoid disappointment

Please note that bookings are released one day at a time - for example, 21 days before your arrival you can book day one of your stay, then 20 days before you can book day two, and so on

Receiving Your Passes
Your passes will be sent via Email the evening before your arrival or the morning of - no need to print anything.
